Brief

The world's most famous hotel was our launch client. They have tasked us with creating a total convergence of message across all their advertising, web activity, direct mail, and design collateral.

Solution

The defining characteristic of The Ritz London is that it is almost exactly as César Ritz envisioned it in 1906. The theme is 'One Man's Vision, Resplendently Alive'.

Result

The Ritz London speaks with a highly distinctive tone of voice across all channels. (And in Autumn 2007, we launched their first ever press advertising campaign.) True convergence.
We just can't stop putting on The Ritz.
